Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 11, 2026 · Applies to https://automative.tech and related communications from Automative Tech.

This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It covers our marketing website, blog, and contact channels — not separate client products unless a project agreement says otherwise.

Who we are

Automative Tech (“Automative Tech”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates this website and the contact channels listed here. We are a software, AI, and product engineering firm. For privacy questions, email hello@automative.tech.

Information we collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

  • Contact and inquiry data — name, email address, company name, project description, budget and timeline preferences, and any other details you choose to send via our contact form or email.
  • Communications — content of emails, meeting notes, and follow-ups related to sales or support conversations.
  • Technical and usage data — IP address, browser type, device/OS hints, referrer, pages viewed, and approximate timestamps. This may appear in server or CDN logs.
  • Analytics events — if Google Analytics 4 (or similar) is enabled via site configuration, we may receive pseudonymous usage metrics such as page views and session counts.

We do not require you to create an account to browse this website. We do not knowingly collect sensitive categories of personal data through the public site.

How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and evaluate potential engagements.
  • Schedule calls, share proposals, and manage client relationships.
  • Operate, secure, and improve the website and content.
  • Understand aggregate traffic patterns when analytics is enabled.
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use contact-form submissions for unrelated third-party advertising.

Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies or similar technologies may be used for basic site functionality and security. If NEXT_PUBLIC_GA_ID (Google Analytics 4) is configured, analytics scripts may set cookies or store identifiers and process usage data. Our GA configuration requests IP anonymization where supported.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect some site features. Analytics vendors may offer their own opt-out tools.

Sharing and processors

We may share information with service providers who help us run the site and business — for example hosting and CDN providers, email delivery, analytics (when enabled), and professional advisors. They are instructed to process data only for agreed purposes.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect safety or rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Retention

Contact and sales records are kept for as long as needed to manage the relationship, follow up on opportunities, and meet legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution needs. Analytics and log data are retained according to our providers' defaults or our configured retention windows, then deleted or aggregated.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information (HTTPS, access controls, and least-privilege practices). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use strong unique passwords for any accounts you hold with third parties we recommend.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to data portability. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

To exercise these rights, email hello@automative.tech. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

Children

This website is directed at business professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

International transfers

We work remotely and may process information in countries other than where you live. When we transfer personal data internationally, we take steps intended to provide an appropriate level of protection consistent with applicable law.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page; continued use of the site after updates constitutes notice of the revised policy where permitted by law.
